Reacts to the slightest touch
The PCAP (Projected Capacity touch panel) is classified as ‘industrial’ (as opposed to ‘consumer’) when it is able to operate correctly in more demanding, harsh conditions (i.e. disturbing electromagnetic fields around causing interferences with panel controller, water droplets present in the surrounding area also on panel glass), and react properly when touched by hands in gloves. It can be tuned at the factory, detect touch through thicker glass layers than consumer panels, and uses an industrial-grade chip controller. Such controllers have industrial manufacturer’s guidelines implemented and are guaranteed to be manufactured typically from 10 to 15 years without any changes.
Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lcds with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
TFT LCDs are made up of two main parts: the transistor array and the colour filter array.
The thin-film transistor array is the layer of transistors that are made of a material such as silicon. The array of transistors is connected to the control circuitry. The control circuitry contains the drivers that control the voltage applied to the transistors.
The colour filter array is the layer of the LCD that contains the colour filters. The colour filters are made of dyes or pigments and are arranged in a specific pattern. The most common patterns are RGB (red, green, blue) and CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black).
When a voltage is applied to the transistor array, the transistors turn on and allow light to pass through. This light is then converted into an image by the colour filter array.
Packed in anti-static bags with foam box to ensure safety in transportation.
