The 15.6 Inch Touch Panel (Model No. WTY156767A05) is a G+G structure capacitive touch panel, which is composed of a cover glass, sensor glass, driver IC and FPC.It is driven by a ILITEK IC Chip ILI2511, which utilizes a USB interface and supports 10 points touch.

Advantages of Capacitive Touch Panel (Capacitive Touch Screen / Capacitive Touchscreen / PCAP Touch Panel): Only needs to be touched lightly, without any pressure to generate a signal. Only needs one time or no calibration at all after production. Supporting small and medium touch screens and supports gesture recognition and multi-touch. TroubleShooting of C-Touch Screen

a)Power Supply-
If there is no power in the machine you need to check first voltage is coming and correct. Then check the connections of transformer. If the power is on and standby indication isn’t on at that time check the connection wires and replace the PFC board. Image is abnormal and machine is running good then you need to replace PHV/-5v board.

b)4D Board-
If the 4D is not working properly then following cause might be happen, 4D Board logic version information cannot be obtained when check the system information or the information is not correct. Therefore you need to check software information is match to machines need. If this problem was found you need to reconfigure 4D board or replace the 4D board.

c)Touch Screen-
When you click on the touch screen and no response from screen then you needs to check cables of touch screen control board or calibrate the touch screen.

d)LCD Monitor- If the Monitor having any kind of no signal(Total black screen) and there is only power indicator is glowing in orange then you need to replace the digital because this situation happen when digital board is faulty or no signal from digital board. Other care is orange indicator are blinking fast or continuously then you replace the Monitor its sign of monitor is damaged or faulty.
